CANNEVENTS ACQUIRES MARKETING COMPANY, ALTERNATIVE INDUSTRIES MARKETING (AIMCO).
Orlando, Florida 01/02/2024 Cannabis industry trade show producer Cannevents, LLC has acquired Ohio based, Alternative Industries Marketing (AIMco). The move comes just one day after announcing the multi-unit acquisition featuring news and review site, The THC Times. Full details and terms of this deal remain undisclosed. Cannevents’ Founder & CEO, Miguel Marrie remained brief commenting only that the addition would extend Cannevents’ services, to offer advanced marketing services to existing and new clients. Mr. Marrie remained closed when pressed about future M&A targets; offering only a wink and “Catch you next week.”.
