TRADESHOW PRODUCER CANNEVENTS ACQUIRES NEWS AND REVIEW SITE, THE THC TIMES.
Orlando, Florida 01/01/2024 Cannabis industry trade show producer Cannevents, LLC has secured an agreement to acquire cannabis news and review site The THC TIMES from PopNetMedia, LLC. The popular news portal is part of a mixed bundle of companies and digital properties included in the deal. Full details and terms remain undisclosed. In a brief statement following the close of negotiations, Cannevents’ Founder & CEO, Miguel Marrie was quoted as saying “The THC Times news site will serve as the anchor and Hub of our future Media Network.”. Mr. Marrie went on to remark that the company was still engaged in merger talks and expected deals to begin closing in rapid succession, but declined to elaborate.
